What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and manage the cost management teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Oversee the financial performance of projects, managing costs, and ensuring compliance with the agreed fee proposals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, encouraging repeat business and new opportunities.
- Mentor and develop junior staff, supporting their career progression and technical growth.

What We're Looking For

- RICS (or equivalent) qualification is highly desirable.

- Experience in managing project budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting.
