What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and manage the cost management teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Oversee the financial performance of projects, managing costs, and ensuring compliance with the agreed fee proposals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, encouraging repeat business and new opportunities.
- Mentor and develop junior staff, supporting their career progression and technical growth.
- Take ownership of resource management, ensuring the appropriate allocation of staff across projects.
- Manage the preparation of fee proposals and play a key role in the tendering and bidding process.

What We're Looking For
- Significant experience in Quantity Surveying with a proven ability to manage complex construction projects.
- RICS (or equivalent) qualification is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and build effective relationships with clients.
- Experience in managing project budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to thrive under pressure.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and industry standards.
