Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Quantity Surveyors to ensure successful project delivery and exceed client expectations.
- Oversee the financial aspects of projects, ensuring cost management and budget adherence.
- Take an active role in business development, building and nurturing relationships with existing and new clients.
- Support the preparation of tender submissions, proposals, and other documentation to secure new business.
- Mentor and develop junior staff, helping them achieve their professional goals.

Qualifications
