As a Senior Repairs Surveyor, you’ll lead on delivering high-quality repairs, refurbishments, and compliance with housing legislation. You’ll oversee damp and mould works, disrepair issues, void properties, and cyclical maintenance, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to an excellent standard. This role is central to enhancing resident satisfaction and upholding safety and compliance standards.
