Are you a Traffic Engineer looking for your next challenge? An opportunity has arisen for a Traffic Engineer to join a busy client in London. This is a full-time permanent position. The rate on offer is £28 - £32 per hour - negotiable for the right candidate. Flexible working arrangements are available.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver feasibility, consultation, design and implementation of sustainable transport schemes across the traffic engineering discipline (road safety, bus priority, cycling etc).
- Manage projects within the Local Implementation Plan (LIP), other Transport for London (TfL) funded programmes and planning agreements (Section 106 Planning Act).
- Contribute to the delivery of the wider teams objectives, customer centred, integration with Network Management and collaborative working with Parking, Highways and Transport Planning groups.
About you:
You must have experience of working on traffic schemes within a Local Authority. AutoCAD experience is also essential.
