What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead and uphold engineering standards across critical mechanical systems
- Champion safety throughout all phases of project delivery
- Create and review technical documentation including calculations, 2D/3D models, and reports
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and ensure successful task delivery within project teams
What We're Looking For:
- A Degree or HND/HNC in Mechanical Engineering (or related discipline)
- Proven experience delivering within multi–disciplinary teams on regulated or high–integrity projects
- Strong communication and leadership skills with a passion for mentoring
- Background in Nuclear, Defence, or similarly complex engineering environments
