Are you an experienced Associate Level Building Surveyor with a proven track record working within a consultancy background??

My client is a multidisciplinary consultancy and you will be heavily involved in key client development, financial forecasting, team management and growth within the business.

Responsibilities: ·Financial reporting for management meetings ·Customer care and client management ·Managing refurbishment projects for key clients, including contract administration ·Providing advice on the design, construction, maintenance, repair and refurbishment of all types of public and private sector buildings/sites to confirm to the latest building regulations and technical standards ·Carrying out building surveys, including condition surveys ·Taking particulars on site, writing up specifications, obtaining estimates, planning maintenance programmes and administering contracts for maintenance work ·Monitoring progress and quality of building work on site.

Requirements: ·Relevant degree qualified - RICS approved ·Consultancy experience, preferably with commercial sector project experience ·Excellent all-round technical building surveying knowledge If you feel that you are right for this role technically, but the salary, location or seniority does not suit you specifically then please still feel free to send us your CV.
