An opportunity has arisen for a Road Safety and Sustainability Officer to join a busy client in London. This is a full-time contract position. The rate on offer is £225 - £250 per day, negotiable for the right candidate.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- To promote sustainable travel and encourage modal shift.
- Lead on behaviour change and road safety education, developing and disseminating initiatives and activities to various stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver an annual programme of campaigns, initiatives and activities to promote and educate on road safety and sustainable travel.
- Lead on cycle training delivery including procurement and contract management. The postholder will provide a client role in overseeing the adult and children's cycle training contracts ensuring that reporting is undertaken in accordance with funders' requirements.
Previous experience in Road Safety is essential for this role.
