Salary: circa £45,000 - £57,000 DOE + travel allowance
My client is delivering a critical section of the HS2 programme and is now strengthening its commercial team with multiple permanent Quantity Surveyors. These roles sit within a major, complex infrastructure environment and offer long-term career development across one of the UK's most high-profile civil engineering projects.
You will support the commercial delivery of key work packages across the HS2 programme, working closely with delivery teams, subcontractors and senior stakeholders to ensure robust commercial control throughout the project lifecycle.

Your responsibilities as a Quantity Surveyor will include:
- Preparation or assessment of applications, valuations, cost/value reconciliation.
- Cost control and forecasting.
- Preparation and agreement of applications for payment.
- Assisting with Risk and Value Management.
- Prepare supply chain enquiries, negotiate, administer and finalise/close out supply chain contracts.
Requirements:
- RICS/CICES accredited Degree (or equivalent).
- Minimum 2 years experience working as a Quantity Surveyor
- NEC contract experience
- Experience working on major infrastructure projects
- Experience working for a civils contractor
