As the Principal Mechanical Engineer, you will lead the technical discipline across multiple projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, energy-efficient, and sustainable building solutions. This role demands excellent communication skills, as you will liaise with a variety of stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams. Lead mechanical engineering projects from initial concept through to practical completion. ·Develop and implement low-energy and sustainable building solutions. ·Supervise and mentor junior engineers, fostering their professional growth. ·Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication. ·Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to ensure integrated project delivery. ·Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project outcomes.
