We're looking to speak with experienced BIM professionals to take ownership of digital information delivery across a growing portfolio of infrastructure projects. This is a senior, client-facing position requiring someone who can confidently lead BIM delivery, manage client relationships and take projects from inception through to handover.
The role would suit a Senior or Principal-level BIM Manager with approximately 10-15 years' industry experience and a strong background within infrastructure. London is the preferred location, although candidates based from other UK offices will also be considered.
The position will operate on a hybrid basis, with three days per week in the office.
Key Responsibilities· Take ownership of BIM and digital information delivery across infrastructure projects. · Act as the primary BIM point of contact for clients, stakeholders and project teams. · Lead the development of BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and undertake EIR/BEP reviews. · Represent the BIM function in client workshops, coordination meetings and design reviews. · Manage CDE workflows and document control using Bentley ProjectWise. · Oversee model coordination and federated model management using Autodesk tools including Civil 3D, Revit, Navisworks and ACC. · Ensure BIM delivery and information management processes comply with ISO 19650 requirements. · Work closely with multidisciplinary project teams and supply-chain partners to ensure coordinated delivery. · Contribute to the development of internal BIM standards and best practice. · Provide BIM guidance and support to junior members of the team.
About You· Experienced BIM Manager operating at Senior or Principal level. · Approximately 10-15 years' relevant industry experience. · Proven experience delivering BIM within infrastructure environments such as highways, rail, utilities or water. · Strong understanding of the UK BIM Framework and ISO 19650. · Strong working knowledge of Bentley ProjectWise. · Experience with Autodesk Civil 3D, Revit, Navisworks and ACC. · Bentley OpenBuildings Designer or MicroStation experience would be highly advantageous. · Strong client-facing and stakeholder-management capability. · Able to take ownership of projects and work effectively with minimal supervision. · Proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong communication skills. · Professional accreditation such as ICE, RICS, CIAT or BIM-specific certification would be advantageous but is not essential.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced BIM Manager to secure a permanent Senior or Principal-level position, taking ownership of digital delivery across significant infrastructure projects. The salary is expected to be around 70,000, although there is flexibility for candidates who bring particularly strong BIM, infrastructure and client-facing experience.
