Carrington West is seeking an experienced Allocations & Lettings Officer to join a busy Local Authority housing team in East London. The role focuses on allocating permanent and temporary accommodation in line with Housing Act requirements and the Council's Allocations Scheme.
You will manage allocations via the choice-based lettings system, perform affordability and suitability assessments, provide housing advice, and support sign-ups and tenancy guidance for residents awaiting rehousing.
