What you'll be doing
- Oversee a portfolio of projects from pre‐contract through to delivery, ensuring safety, quality, environmental, and financial targets are consistently achieved.
- Manage multiple highways and structures projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
- Lead pre‐contract planning and coordination with estimators to ensure accurate costings and resourcing.
- Prepare and oversee contract plans, safety plans, method statements, and risk assessments.
- Provide input at regional management and planning meetings, influencing key decisions.
- Implement company SHEQ policies and drive compliance across all project teams.
- Maintain and update the CRM and SLIDS databases with relevant contractual information.
- Oversee accurate record keeping, reporting, and archiving of all project documentation.
