We are currently recruiting for a Building Control Surveyor to join a rapidly growing Registered Building Control Approver based in London. The Role
You will be responsible for managing a varied portfolio of Building Control projects across London, working closely with clients, designers, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with Building Regulations. Responsibilities will include:
- Managing Building Control projects from initial application through to completion
- Undertaking site inspections across London
- Reviewing plans, drawings and technical information
- Providing advice on Building Regulations and compliance matters
- Liaising with architects, developers, contractors and other project stakeholders
- Maintaining accurate project records and documentation
- Identifying potential compliance issues and providing practical technical guidance
- Supporting the wider team with the delivery of a high-quality Building Control service
All work is based within the M25, with inspections allocated geographically wherever possible to reduce unnecessary travel.
About You
