An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate Structural Engineer to join my client's growing consultancy team in London. This role is ideal for an experienced Associate Structural Engineer looking to lead projects, mentor junior engineers and play a key role in the continued growth of a successful consultancy.
The Role
- Leading structural engineering projects from concept through to completion
- Managing client relationships and supporting business development activities
- Producing and reviewing calculations, drawings and technical reports
- Mentoring and supporting junior engineers within the team
- Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders
- Attending client meetings and site visits where required
- Supporting project delivery, technical excellence and team growth
What My Client is Looking For
- Degree qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Chartered status or working towards chartership preferred
- Strong experience within a structural engineering consultancy
- Excellent technical, communication and leadership skills
- Experience managing projects and mentoring engineers
- Strong knowledge of structural design software and engineering standards
