Responsibilities
- As an Associate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll receive full training and support to help you succeed in recruitment from day one.
- Learn from experienced recruitment professionals and industry experts.
- Build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Develop expertise in the nuclear and wider technical recruitment markets.
- Conduct market research and identify business opportunities.
- Progress to a 360 Recruitment Consultant role within 12 months.
- Provide advice and guidance based on your growing market knowledge.
