If you're an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in major wastewater delivery and you're looking for an assignment where you can genuinely take ownership of complex works, this is worth a conversation.

This is a long-term Outside IR35 opportunity working on a significant wastewater programme in North Wales. You'll be managing technically challenging, multidisciplinary works with interfaces across MEICA, mechanical and civil engineering.

This isn't a straightforward package or a role where you'll simply be overseeing subcontractors. You'll be brought in for your delivery expertise - taking ownership of complex packages, coordinating specialist teams, resolving site constraints and keeping critical works moving against programme.

What You'll Be Taking Ownership Of
You'll be responsible for the safe and effective delivery of complex works on site, working closely with project, engineering, commercial and specialist delivery teams.

You'll be trusted to manage your area of the programme, including:

·Coordinating multidisciplinary construction activities across MEICA, mechanical xgikmsk and civil packages
·Managing specialist subcontractors and delivery partners
·Driving short-term planning, sequencing and site productivity
·Managing interfaces between different work packages and disciplines
·Identifying constraints and resolving delivery issues before they impact programme
·Maintaining high standards of health, safety, quality and environmental compliance
