You will focus on reducing void periods, managing waiting lists, maximising rental income and ensuring allocations adhere to policies.
You will inspect properties, liaise with repairs teams, coordinate repairs, manage licences and explain charges to applicants and licensees. A proactive, customer-focused approach is essential.
