The Role
- Producing precise and well-coordinated structural Revit models
- Generating detailed plans, sections, schedules, and construction documentation from Revit models
- Collaborating closely with consultants and contractors to ensure seamless model integration and clash detection
- Conducting thorough quality checks to ensure drawings meet both internal and industry standards
- Contributing to Revit families, templates, and BIM protocols
- Supporting the development of BIM workflows and promoting best practices across the wider team
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Structural Revit Technician role
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit with excellent knowledge of structural detailing and coordination
- Good understanding of UK building regulations, detailing conventions, and BIM standards
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
