The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Working Site Supervisor to join a growing specialist contractor delivering installation, refurbishment and maintenance works across the UK water industry. This is a hands-on supervisory role where you’ll lead site teams while remaining actively involved in the work. You’ll primarily oversee projects involving aeration lanes at wastewater treatment sites, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards. Previous aeration lane experience would be advantageous but is not essential, as full training can be provided for the right candidate. During quieter periods on aeration projects, you’ll also support domestic installation and servicing works, providing variety throughout the year. The role is mobile, covering sites across the Thames Water and Southern Water regions, with occasional planned overnight stays.
The Role
As a Working Site Supervisor, you will supervise and support site teams whilst carrying out installation, maintenance and refurbishment works. You will ensure projects are completed safely, on time and to the required quality standards while maintaining excellent relationships with clients.
