We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our client on its long-term Capital Delivery contracts. Working across the Sevenoaks region, you will play a key role in delivering clean water pipeline projects, helping to maintain and improve critical water infrastructure for Thames Water. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established contractor with a strong pipeline of work and long-term career prospects.
The Role
As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for the safe and successful delivery of clean water pipeline schemes, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will lead site teams, manage subcontractors, liaise with clients and stakeholders, and ensure all works are delivered in line with company and client procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day delivery of clean water pipeline projects.
- Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (SHEQ) standards.
- Lead site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to deliver works safely and efficiently.
- Plan and coordinate site activities to achieve programme milestones.
