A rail contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Health and Safety Advisor. This is a field-based role supporting operational teams across site, providing practical health and safety support.

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out site inspections and audits across live rail projects.
  • Support operational teams with health and safety.
  • Promote a positive safety culture and drive behavioural improvement.
  • Provide practical advice and challenge where required.
  • Support investigations and close out actions.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and client representatives.
  • Maintain compliance with Network Rail standards and procedures.

Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years Health and Safety experience.
