ll lead a dedicated commissioning team, work closely with Delivery, Design, Safety and Quality, and ensure projects are technically compliant, safe, and handed over right first time.
What you ll do
- Lead and manage the commissioning team across multiple projects.
- Ensure readiness for commissioning: completed installation, red-line drawings, signed ITPs and ATEX inspections.
- Maintain high standards of documentation and alignment with internal governance.
- Work with Project and Regional Managers to develop robust commissioning plans.
- Develop and implement process commissioning strategies for water and wastewater treatment systems.
- Audit and review documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Provide feedback to Estimating for improved cost planning.
People
- Conduct skills gap analysis and manage recruitment and training needs.
- Deliver regular reviews and development plans.
- Promote cross-training to increase team flexibility.
- Drive shared learning across SHEQ, Delivery and other departments.
