The Role
You'll take responsibility for electrical design delivery across multiple schemes, working closely with colleagues and clients to drive successful outcomes. You will:
- Coordinate with mechanical, structural and architectural teams to deliver fully integrated solutions
- Mentor and support engineers, carrying out technical reviews and helping develop capability within the team
- Attend site for surveys, technical reviews and progress checks where required
- Produce specifications, calculations and reports, communicating clearly with clients and stakeholders
- Support bids, fee proposals and resourcing, contributing to sustainable team growth
- Embed energy-efficient, low-carbon thinking into designs and project decisions
