Are you an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor with a civil engineering background and NEC3 contract expertise? Looking for a long-term freelance role with the potential to grow into a stable position?

A leading civil engineering contractor is seeking a Project QS (PQS) to join their team near Ipswich. This role will be initially based on-site and in-office 5 days per week, supporting multiple construction schemes, including utilities, compounds, ducting & drainage, and upcoming roadworks. You will be joining a team committed to high-quality delivery, with the potential for long-term freelance work.

Rate: £400/day

Contract: 6 months initial, with strong intention to roll-on

Location: Ipswich area

Responsibilities:

  • Commercial and contractual management under NEC3 contracts (Essential)
  • Civils Background (Essential)
