£300p/d Umbrella Rate (Inside IR35) 3 Months Initially (with a view for further extension) London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham

What will you do? As the Property Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing key repair and maintenance functions. Your work will span across a range of critical areas, including:

  • Disrepair work
  • Refurbishment work (such as kitchen, bathroom and window renewals etc.)
  • Void Works
  • Complex Repair Works
  • Day to Day Repairs
  • Damp and Mould Works
  • The pre/mid and post inspection of any of the above.

Managing and coordinating repairs across approximately 17,000 homes is a key part of the role, overseeing the inspection and maintenance of property structures, internal and communal areas, and estate grounds. This also involves leading the development of systems for proactive inspections and cyclical maintenance to ensure repairs are carried out in a timely manner, minimising risk and addressing issues before they escalate.
