We are currently looking for an experienced Housing Transformation Programme Manager to lead inspection readiness and regulatory compliance across a Housing Service preparing for a forthcoming Regulator of Social Housing inspection.

This is a high-profile role focused on strengthening the organisation s evidence base, challenging existing compliance arrangements and ensuring services are fully prepared for inspection.

The successful candidate will bring direct experience of supporting a local authority, housing association or ALMO through a Regulator of Social Housing inspection, with proven involvement in achieving a C1 or C2 Consumer Standard rating.

The Role Leading preparation for a Regulator of Social Housing inspection Reviewing and challenging the organisation s evidence base against the four Consumer Standards.

Identifying gaps, weaknesses and actions required to achieve full regulatory compliance.

Reporting progress to senior leadership and advising on inspection readiness.

Supporting the development of evidence for the Competence and Conduct Standard.

Leading and supporting self-assessments against the Consumer Standards.

Providing constructive challenge and assurance on compliance and inspection readiness.

Coaching Heads of Service to prepare for inspection interviews and present a clear landlord narrative.
