Carrington West is seeking an experienced Private Housing Standards Officer to join a busy Private Sector Housing service in London.
You will lead inspections, investigations and enforcement actions to improve housing conditions across the private rented sector.
Responsibilities include carrying out HHSRS inspections, dealing with licensing schemes (HMO, mandatory/selective), serving notices, maintaining case records, and supporting MEES compliance.
Knowledge of Housing Act 2004 is required.
