Carrington West is seeking an experienced Private Sector Housing Licensing Officer to join our busy Private Housing Services team. The role focuses on processing private rented sector licensing applications, supporting enforcement activity and ensuring licences meet the relevant statutory requirements.
You will manage licensing applications from initial checks through to issuing licences and notices, liaising with landlords, agents and tenants, and providing housing regulatory advice.
