I'm looking for an experienced operations professional to take charge of street-cleansing services across a busy London network. This freelance role suits someone who thrives on ownership, high standards, and delivering visible results for local communities.
What you'll do:
- Lead day-to-day cleansing operations, ensuring safety, compliance and environmental best practice.
- Drive continuous improvement across plans, strategies and service delivery.
- Set clear expectations across operational teams and ensure all contractual KPIs are met.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to enhance service understanding and performance.
- Oversee depot, fleet and plant requirements, ensuring everything is fit for purpose.
