What you’ll be doing:

  • Oversee a portfolio of projects from pre‑contract through to delivery, ensuring safety, quality, environmental, and financial targets are consistently achieved.
  • Manage multiple highways and structures projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
  • Lead pre‑contract planning and coordination with estimators to ensure accurate costings and resourcing.
  • Prepare and oversee contract plans, safety plans, method statements, and risk assessments.
  • Provide input at regional management and planning meetings, influencing key decisions.
  • Implement company SHEQ policies and drive compliance across all project teams.
  • Maintain and update the CRM and SLIDS databases with relevant contractual information.
  • Oversee accurate record keeping, reporting, and archiving of all project documentation.
