  • Has Highways or Civil Engineering experience

  • Can review and challenge RAMS and risk assessments

  • Experience in construction or highways Health & Safety
  • Strong site presence and communication skills

  • NEBOSH qualification

Highly Desirable:

  • NEBOSH General Certificate

  • Previous highways or major infrastructure project experience
