Our client is seeking a Principal / Associate Structural Engineer to join its York office, delivering complex projects while helping to develop and mentor a talented team.
About the role
As a Principal / Associate Structural Engineer, you will:
- Lead structural engineering projects from concept to completion.
- Review designs, calculations and technical specifications.
- Manage client relationships and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Mentor junior engineers and support team development.
- Contribute to business growth and project delivery.
What you will need
- Degree-qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Chartered Engineer status or working towards it.
- Consultancy experience delivering structural engineering projects.
- Strong technical, leadership and communication skills.
- Experience managing projects and developing client relationships.
