We’re looking for a Business Support Coordinator to play a key role in the smooth running of our business. As one of the first faces people see and a go-to person for support across the company, you’ll be at the heart of day-to-day life at Carrington West.

This is a varied role where no two days will look quite the same. From keeping the office running smoothly and supporting colleagues with their day-to-day needs, to providing a friendly, professional and helpful experience for our customers, you’ll be the glue that helps hold everything together. We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive and approachable, who takes pride in creating a great experience for both our employees and our customers. You’ll spot what needs doing, take ownership and be someone people trust to help get things sorted.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Handling general incoming calls and emails.
  • Collecting and dealing with incoming and outgoing post.
  • General office upkeep, including tidying the kitchen, watering plants, liaising with cleaning suppliers, and completing regular risk assessments.
  • Maintaining stocks of stationary, kitchen supplies and other office consumables.
  • Collecting and greeting visitors and suppliers.
  • Assisting with the organisation of company social events.
  • Booking meeting rooms, accommodation & travel.
  • General administration duties as they arise including but not limited to; issuing vouchers, updating & maintaining process documents, logging complaints, arranging valet, and completing references.
  • Providing first line IT & cyber security support.

Other Responsibilities

  • Liaising and providing support to the wider business as required.
  • Responding to customer emails and letters with accurate, relevant, and complete information.
  • Supporting the ESG strategy.
  • Supporting with document gathering for audits.
