Key Responsibilities
- Oversee contractors to ensure work is completed according to approved plans.
- Lead the delivery of third‐party highway schemes, ensuring they are appropriately designed and implemented through Sections 38, 171 and 278 agreements of the Highway Act.
- Manage own work, including complex matters with competing and demanding deadlines; provide advice on policy, legal and/or regulatory issues; produce records of actions taken and record outcomes and decisions.
