Job Role
We are looking for a Graduate Building Surveyor with AutoCAD skills to join the team. This role is perfect for someone starting their surveying career and keen to develop under the guidance of experienced professionals. You will be involved in:
- Conducting surveys and site inspections
- Producing reports and drawings (AutoCAD proficiency essential)
- Supporting with project management and contract administration
- Assisting senior surveyors on complex assignments
- Working across a variety of services such as defect analysis, lease extensions, valuations, and planned maintenance programmes
You will be supported as you work towards your APC and encouraged to take on increasing responsibility as your skills grow.

Requirements
Essential:
- RICS-accredited degree in Building Surveying
