What you'll be doing:
- Undertaking noise and vibration impact assessments.
- Carrying out sound insulation testing.
- Completing computational noise calculations for Building and Environmental Acoustics.
- Producing technical reports suitable for client submission.
- Building and maintaining trusted client relationships.
- Working collaboratively on projects from start to finish.
- Travelling to sites across the UK (with occasional night or weekend work, fully remunerated).
What you'll bring:
- A degree (or equivalent) in a relevant subject.
- A full UK driving licence.
- Strong numeracy, written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office.
- The ability to stay calm under pressure and make effective decisions.
- A proactive, motivated, and positive approach.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
Desirable skills (not essential):
- Knowledge of Building Regulations or British Standards.
- On-site construction experience.
- Experience with AutoCAD, CadnaA, or similar design/analysis software.
- UKAS/SITMA accreditation in Building Acoustics (Approved Document E).
