Foreman - S278 Highways Works Location: Gloucester Rate: £350 Outside IR35 Duration: 12 months The Role: Are you an experienced foreman looking for a long term contract outside IR35? I am looking for a foreman to oversee some S278 highways works. This is a straightforward, well-defined scheme with a groundworks subcontractor delivering the works on site with a couple of gangs. Your role will be predominantly supervisory - managing the subcontractor day to day, keeping the works safe, compliant and on programme, and acting as the eyes and ears on site for the wider project team.
