My client, a large water industry contractor specialising in mechanical & electrical installation within the water industry, is currently looking for a Mechanical Fitter with either water industry or industrial experience to join their team. The ideal person will have water experience; however, we are very open to taking on people with industrial experience.
Main Responsibilities:- Installing steel pipework
- You will be involved in both water and waste water projects involving maintenance of pumps, pipes, bridge repairs along with other related tasks as well as some installation work.
- Installing FBE coated flanged pipework up to 800mm, also installing pumps, valves and plant.
- Qualified mechanical fitter (NVQ or "City and Guilds" level 3)
- CSCS card essential
- EUSR (Blue water Hygiene)
- IPAF
- PASMA
