Are you a Senior Project Manager with experience working on heavy civils within an infrastructure environment? Do you have experience of managing and delivering civils projects such as deep shafts, platform extensions, or major works worth £5m+ within rail, highways, nuclear, aviation or water?
Location: Maidstone, Fleet or West Drayton with flexible working
Salary: £70,000 to £85,000 per annum DOE + £5000 car allowance or company car + up to 10% bonus scheme
This is a rare and exciting opportunity for an entrepreneurial Senior Project Manager to build a major civils division from the ground up. My client is looking to establish a new in-house department capable of delivering large-scale, complex infrastructure projects, and they need a leader to make it happen.
Your mission will be to build a £25 million business unit, establishing the team, processes, and supply chain needed to deliver major civils works across a range of critical asset sectors. This will include civils projects (£5m+) such as deep shafts and platform extensions.
You will be working closely with the Rail Director and Project Managers in the region, with full autonomy and flexible working conditions. It is important that you have great networking skills.
