What you'll do
- Learn from experienced recruitment specialists and develop deep technical market expertise
- Build long‑lasting relationships with clients and candidates
- Progress to a full 360 Recruitment Consultant role within 6‑12 months (for trainee hires)
- Conduct market research and identify new recruitment opportunities
- Engage with both active and passive candidates across your specialist sector
- Offer expert advice and guidance based on your recruitment knowledge and insights

- Flat 25% commission on contract desks
- Up to 30% commission on permanent placements
