Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm
£26,500 - £27,500 plus uncapped commission

- Build strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Create new business relationships
- Source and attract top talent in your specialist market
- Understand market trends and opportunities
- Develop into a full 360 Recruitment Consultant
What you’ll get
- £26,500 - £27,500 starting salary
- Uncapped commission from day one
- Clear training, mentorship and career progression
- Year 1 OTE: £30k
- Year 2 OTE: £50k
- Year 3 OTE: £90k–£130k+
