Carrington West is seeking an experienced Homelessness Prevention and Relief Officer to manage a caseload of homelessness applications, conduct statutory assessments and deliver prevention duties under the Housing Act 1996 and Homelessness Reduction Act 2017.
You will assess housing options, negotiate with landlords and housing providers, and develop Personalised Housing Plans to secure sustainable housing outcomes for vulnerable clients.
