We are looking for a Sub-Agent to join the delivery team for a major UK infrastructure project. If you thrive in challenging, high-impact environments and want to lead key engineering surveys, this opportunity is for you!
What You'll Do
As a Sub-Agent, you will play a pivotal role in delivering ECI Works. You will:
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor subcontractor and self-delivered works to meet project milestones.
- Ensure quality standards are met across all deliverables.
- Liaise with environmental, commercial, and social teams to meet sustainability and community commitments.
- Manage budgets, procurement, design changes, and handover processes.
- Lead, mentor, and develop your engineering team.
We're seeking candidates with:
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally on large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Knowledge of NEC3/NEC4 contracts, construction regulations, and best practices.
- Ability to perform under pressure and deliver results against tight deadlines.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Engineering or Construction Management degree (or related experience).
- Full UK driver's licence and fit for work medical.
- SMSTS
- CSCS card.
- Security Clearance and basic DBS check.
- Pre-start drug & alcohol test.
