Carrington West are seeking a Principal Project Manager (Local Plan –Policy) for a 6‑month contract with a local authority in the Southwest of England.

The role focuses on garden communities and the place agenda, overseeing end‑to‑end project delivery from initiation to completion.

To succeed, you should have a planning degree or equivalent qualification and ideally be a full RTPI member, though this is not mandatory.

Pay ranges £50–£60 per hour depending on experience.
