I'm currently supporting a growing Building Services consultancy in their search for a BIM Specialist to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong Revit MEP experience who wants to play a key role in developing BIM standards, supporting project delivery, and helping shape the future of digital engineering within a collaborative consultancy environment. Unlike many businesses where BIM sits separately from design, you'll work closely with engineers on live projects, supporting the delivery of coordinated MEP models and helping drive improvements in BIM quality, consistency and efficiency across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Producing and supporting MEP modelling in Autodesk Revit across a range of projects
- Assisting with drawing production including views, sheets, schedules, sections and legends
- Reviewing models and drawings to ensure quality and compliance with company standards
- Supporting clash detection and model coordination activities
- Developing Revit templates, families, shared parameters and BIM standards
- Providing technical support and guidance to engineers and junior team members
- Contributing to the ongoing improvement of BIM workflows and processes
