Location: Buckingham
Duration: 12 months (1-2 years worth of work)
Rate: £500 - £600/day (depending on experience)

Our client is a leading civil engineering contractor delivering works on HS2, and they are currently seeking a Site Agent with strong earthworks and drainage experience to join their team.
As Site Agent, you'll be responsible for managing all earthworks activities on site, leading teams and subcontractors, coordinating interfaces, and ensuring works are delivered in line with programme, design, and quality expectations.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing and leading delivery teams and subcontractors on the earthworks package.
- Planning, coordinating and delivering all earthworks to programme.
- Produce methodologies, WPP's, RAMS and all other associated documentation.
- Manage QA processes including ITPs, TQs, NCRs, PMAFs, as-builts, and handover packs.
Requirements:
- HNC or degree in Civil Engineering.
- Strong earthworks delivery on a major infrastructure project.
- Must hold a CSCS - White, White-Yellow, Red - Experienced, Black - Manager or Gold - Supervisor.
- Excellent communication experience.
