Planning Officer
South West • £38 per hour • 6‑month initial contract • Inside IR35
Do you want to work for a highly motivated local authority planning team who consistently delivers a high level of service?
You will mainly work from home until the authority moves fully back to the office. The office location can be discussed upon application.
This newly created role is due to increased workload and a staff member leaving. You will be required to work both individually and as part of a team to maintain the high level of service the local authority currently operates.
Requirements
- A full driving licence and access to a car.
- Recent experience working within a local authority development management service.
- The ability to be in the office once or twice ideally.
- Experience working on householder and minor applications.
On offer is an hourly rate of up to £38 per hour depending on experience.
