The predicted salary is between 35 - 35 £ per hour.
A 2-month contract position in Northamptonshire with a negotiable rate of £30 - £40 per hour for an experienced Site Inspector in highways development management.
Your main duties include:
- Monitor developer and contractor works for compliance with approved documentation, specification, planning requirements, legal agreements and permits.
- Identify non-compliant work, agree required remedial action and monitor successful completion.
- Monitor works within the highway to ensure operational safety and public safety, including traffic management compliance.
- Liaise with developers, designers, contractors and Development Management and Technical Audit teams to identify and agree design changes required to achieve compliant and acceptable schemes.
- Confirm completion of civil engineering works to support maintenance and/or adoption certification.
Previous experience in Highways is essential for this role.
