Contracts Engineer Location: UK Wide Permanent Design & Engineering About the Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Contracts Engineer to join a dynamic team working on diverse infrastructure projects across the UK. Their clients include major highways and local authorities across the UK, with expertise that extends into rail, marine, coastal, power, industrial, and commercial sectors. The Role As a Contracts Engineer, you will: ·Manage internal resources and subcontractors effectively. ·Ensure all works align with contract drawings, specifications, and project management plans. ·Oversee site dimensional control and provide facilities for contractors to set out works. ·Produce and review construction method statements to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and safely. ·Prepare site documentation, including Project Management Plans (PMP), Construction Phase Management Plans, and Inspection and Test Plans (ITP). ·Develop and adhere to project programmes, monitor progress, and measure productivity outputs. ·Uphold health, safety, and environmental procedures, fostering a culture of safety across all operations.
