The business has secured a strong pipeline of work across the Anglian framework, covering both highways and water concrete repairs. You will work with experienced operational, commercial and technical teams in a collaborative environment focused on safe, high-quality project delivery. Your responsibilities As the Highways Contracts Manager, you will oversee multiple concrete repair projects across highways and water infrastructure assets. You will be: · Managing a portfolio of highways and water concrete repair projects across the Anglian framework. · Overseeing structural repairs, concrete rehabilitation, waterproofing and associated civil engineering works. · Taking responsibility for projects from pre-contract planning through to delivery and completion. · Working closely with estimating and commercial teams to develop accurate costs, programmes and resource plans. · Preparing and reviewing contract plans, construction phase plans, method statements and risk assessments. · Monitoring programme, cost, quality and operational performance across multiple live sites. · Ensuring compliance with company health, safety, environmental and quality procedures. · Building strong relationships with framework clients, stakeholders, subcontractors and supply chain partners. · Attending operational, commercial and planning meetings and providing clear project updates. · Maintaining accurate contractual records, reports and project documentation. · Leading project teams and supporting the development of site managers, engineers and supervisors. · Identifying project risks and implementing practical solutions to maintain successful delivery.
